Challenge
Help estate teams create and manage flexible workspaces
Solution
Using wireless signals and machine learning, our sensors collect real time occupancy data, with a granularity from building to desk level. Estate teams can understand how the space is actually used from area to desk level and organise flexible and safe workspaces which can be booked by staff through an automated system showing availabilities on a floorplan. Where needed, sensors can identify how many people are using a meeting room or breakout area, and how far apart people are.
Results
The estates team have the data to plan when, how many and where they will need to add or remove desks, meeting rooms, breakout areas, or even whole floors. Office managers were able to monitor social distancing, avoid overcrowding areas and ensure safe indoor air quality levels for a COVID proof return to work.

Challenge
Help employees find free and safe areas to work in, quickly and easily
Solution
Using wireless signals and machine learning, our sensors collect real time occupancy data, with a granularity from building to desk level. Our data platform provides real time floorplans showing which areas, rooms, break outs and desks are occupied, safe and available to use. This can include booking meeting rooms which have the right level of fresh air. This data can be shown to employees to help them find and book workspaces instantly (rooms or desks).
Results
Our clients were able to use long-range occupancy data to design work floor spaces and allot teams in the most efficient manner.
